WatchGuard Spray Foam is the applicator-facing side of the spray polyurethane foam line from Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, offered under the WatchGuard private-label brand.
Foam is in the company name. It has been part of this business alongside the polyurea coatings since the beginning, and the people who answer the phone here have run proportioners, dealt with off-ratio material at seven in the morning, and lost a day to a generator that could not carry a machine.
That is the difference we are actually selling. There are plenty of places to buy drums. There are fewer places where the person on the other end can tell you whether your poor rise is a temperature problem, a ratio problem, or a substrate problem — and can do it while you are still on the job.

Spray foam is a good business for the right operator and a punishing one for the wrong one. Some honest framing before you spend money:
It is capital-intensive. The machine, the hose, the rig, the generator, the PPE, and a parts inventory add up before you spray a single board foot. Going in undercapitalized is the most common way this fails.
It is a skill trade. Good foam and bad foam come out of the same machine depending on temperature, ratio, pass thickness, and technique. Expect a learning curve and do not schedule your hardest job first.
The safety obligations are real. Supplied air, PPE, site control, and re-occupancy are not optional and they cost money you have to bid in.
And it is genuinely good work for a crew that gets it right. High value per job, strong customer satisfaction, repeat and referral business in rural and agricultural markets, and a clear path into higher-value coating and roofing work using the same equipment.

For an applicator this is worth more than it sounds. When a homeowner or a farm owner collects three quotes, the material brand is one of the few things they can actually compare, and every national brand can be priced online in about thirty seconds. Your own branded foam removes that lever from the conversation and moves it back to your workmanship, your schedule, and your warranty.
